March 17th, 2025 Dear Friend of Parish Players, 
 

The board has been working hard in this past year to ensure a strong and sustainable future for the  Parish Players and our beloved Eclipse Grange Theater. We’re excited to have several productions in  the pipeline, along with special plans for our upcoming 60th anniversary next year. 
As a part of our efforts, we are calling a Special Meeting of the Members. If you have donated your  time, talent, or treasure to Parish Players in the past year, that means you!  
This Special Meeting will be for membership to vote on new by-laws. These new by-laws make several  changes that will allow us to secure Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability Insurance, a change is essential  for protecting our leadership and ensuring the longevity of Parish Players. 
To meet this need, we must transition from a member-governed to a board-governed structure. This  shift will allow us to continue producing the bold, community-driven theatre we all cherish while  maintaining the safeguards necessary to move forward responsibly.
